Helen Mills Theater
A bi-level, loft-like event
and conference venue: 26 is ideal for corporate and
private functions, trade and fashion shows, product
launches, and video shoots. The 140-seat Helen Mills
Theater on the lower level is the perfect location for
film screenings, corporate meetings, seminars, and live
performances. The state-of-the-art facility features
three wide-screen digital projection systems, wireless
Internet, and Web-streaming technology. The two spaces
can be rented together or separately.

The New York Academy of Art's Cast Hall
The New
York Academy of Art's Cast Hall on 111 Franklin
Street is a 2,800 sq. foot raw space in TriBeCa with
12 Corinthian columns and high 15" ceilings. Great
for contemporary or classical events with flexible
lighting and sound system.
$3500 for 6 hours
$500 each hour after.

Villagequill
Located in the historic downtown area of Soho
and Tribeca, this classic artist's loft features
copper ceilings, open face brick walls, and
large windows. With 1,400 square feet -
including a full kitchen, conference room and
lounge, and large open area - the loft can
accommodate up to 150 people for cocktails or up
to 60 for a sit-down affair.
