We at Fleurimond Catering pride
ourselves not only in ensuring that our catering services are top notched for our clients, but we also take this a step
further and put together our own events where we bring together friends, past clients, and other members of our
community to sample some of our delicious foods, showcase some of their work, network with each other and of
course have a great time. On this page, we hope to capture some sights (and later some sound) from these events
and bring them to you. Please take some time and enjoy the photos and testimonials from our last event.
If you have not had the opportunity to attend one of our passed events, we encourage you to attend our next
one. Our parties are not to be missed!

April 30th Networking Event:
On April 30th, 2006 over 150 clients, friends, and industry professionals came out to participate in Fleurimond Catering, Inc.'s first annual Networking/Cocktail Reception. From food, to music, to décor to the artworks on display, everything blended together seamlessly. The menu was a definite hit with items such as sliced potato canapés with salmon mousse and prosciutto, baby lamb chops with raspberry mint sauce and Griot kabobs- marinated fried pork chunks -served on skewers with a spicy cabbage and carrot sauce. To quote a guest, "I'm still thinking about your food and now I'm hungry again. When the server came out with the griot-kabobs, I calmly took one... But on the inside, I was dancing like Beyonce in 'Crazy in Love.'"
Here's some more of what our guests had to say:
"Thank you for a wonderful event last night. It was a pleasure meeting so many wonderful people"
Joan Reilly, Life of Reilly Organizers
"Thanks again for the invite to your first "annual networking and cocktail reception" it was a SUCCESS. The music, the entertainment and most
importantly the food were OFF THE HOOK .Lydia cannot stop talking about it."
Gary Arallo, Artist
"I could not wait to receive your thank you letter, I just had to write to congratulate you on a GREAT event. Everything was so elegant.
The flowers, the food, and the guests-everything was on point. Oh my god the lamb. I'm still thinking about the lamb. I cannot wait until next year,
please have something else soon."
Jane Chatman, Financial Analyst
